Legal Aid Helps Low-Income Taxpayers

If you have a disagreement with the IRS? Legal Aid’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic (LITC) may be able to help. Our clinic provides free, confidential, controversy assistance to income‐eligible taxpayers in Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, and Warren Counties.

Income eligible is defined as 250% of the Federal Poverty Limit, which is currently $35,950 for one person or $61,350 for a family of three.
